The condenser evaporates the water and exhaust it out of the exhaust hose with the hot air. If the water is not fully evaporated it is dripped into a small pan and then pumped back up to be evaporated by the condenser. This unit also includes a 12,500 BTU heat pump that provides fast, efficient and powerful heating. This unit can cool or warm up to a 550 square foot space, with a programmable digital thermostat for precise comfort control. Features a programmable timer that shuts the unit on/off and remembers all settings, along with a sleep mode that automatically increases set temperature to conserve energy. Another cost saving feature is the Auto mode that chooses the most efficient settings based on room temperature. LCD remote control operates and displays all settings. The dual or single hose exhaust system provides for maximum room cooling/heating (dual) or quick spot cooling/heatling (single) and 3 speed fan with adjustable louvers increases circulation.
